I Can't Handle the Truth

One of the more vociferous leaders in the 'progressive' movement is radio talk show host, and host of MSnbc's the Ed Show, Ed Schultz; he also seems to be President Obama's biggest fan. 'well, if you discount Chris Matthew's "shrill up my leg" statement.' Either way this guy is a very out spoken proponent of the Obama agenda.

Ed Schultz is an agenda driven "by any means necessary" kind of ideologue, who's not above cheating to achieve his desired outcome; as displayed in the Massachusetts senatorial race that would end with Scott Brown, "a little known republican" defeating Martha Coakley for the seat vacated by Ted Kennedy, in a heavily democrat state. This should give you an idea of Ed's respect for our political process:

I try in most cases, to avoid letting a single person define a movement or ideology; however, this next video depicts a sentiment that I believe not only defines 'progressive' America, but drives it.

Progressives have no tolerance nor patience for disagreement; this is their reaction to any valid objection to their ultimate objective. Discussion of idea's and intellectual debate are impossible with the left wing of the democrat party, and I do believe this extends across the board with the progressive movement.

You may not be aware of this, but these people know --better than you,-- what's best for you, and your children; thus, they want the right to tell you what you can buy, what you can eat, what you can drive, and what you can listen to on public airwaves, basically they want to control every aspect of your life and they want to tax you to pay for the monstrous government required to look out for your "best interest."

These people are dangerous to our constitution, our beliefs, and our way of life; If left in charge they will destroy our foundation and carve a path for this nation that leads back to the oppression our founders endured before they built the framework that would make us the most free people on earth.

Consider this quote by John Adams: "Posterity, you will never know how much it cost the present generation to preserve your freedom. I hope you will make good use of it. If you do not, I shall repent in heaven that ever I took half the pains to preserve it." This is now our battle. Our forefathers had the strength to build this nation; I can only only pray we have the strength to save it.
